Works with Operations Managers, Supervisors, Leads, and the Safety & Training Committees to monitor and improve company practices relating to safety and training. Monitors operational methods to ensure that safety and training is a top priority. Investigates accidents and suggests corrective actions. Conduct classroom instruction, on-the-job training, and orientation sessions for new and experienced employees on various subjects with the use of leaning management systems, Coaches employees, Leads and Supervisors on improved safety practices.
