Job Summary:

The Recruiter will handle the full cycle of prospecting talent, screening, interview scheduling, interviewing, and extending job offers. The Recruiter will develop and implement recruiting plans and strategies designed to fulfill the company’s staffing needs. This includes knowledge of employment and labor laws, have a deep understanding of the organization and its staffing needs, and possess strong interpersonal and communication skills.


Job Duties:

  • Develops and implements creative recruitment strategies.  This includes posting positions on targeted social networking sites, advertising, networking, and direct recruiting of identified individuals or organizations.
  • Screen incoming resumes and application forms
  • Interview candidates via phone, video, and in-person
  • Monitor internal candidates and talent
  • Provide shortlist of qualified candidates to hiring managers.
  • Collaborate with managers to identify future hiring needs.
  • Organize HR events such as job fairs, career days, and in-house recruitment events.
  • Ensures that all acceptable candidates successfully complete a drug test, reference check, and criminal background check, I-9, E-Verify, and all other requirements.  Discusses questionable results with HR Supervisor and/or HR Manager.
  • Makes job offers for positions and schedules newly hired employees for orientation.  
  • Manages the flow of applicants and paperwork to provide a process that is as efficient and positive as possible. 
  • Develops improved means of communication with current and potential employees.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

  • At least 3 years of full cycle recruiting experience.
  • Must be experienced at developing and implementing sourcing strategies tailored to the requirements of the vacancy.  
  • Must be interested in learning the basics of our business and be able to communicate them to potential employees.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and provide a positive impression of the Company.
  • Experience with HVH.
  • Self-motivated and able to work with little direct oversight.
  • Strong moral and ethical code.
  • Familiar with applicable employment laws.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office suite of products and e-mail.
  • Excellent administrative skills.
